LULU Copenhagen is a contemporary Danish designer jewellery brand based in Copenhagen. Founded in 2014 by the couple Anja & Rasmus Gottliebsen with a shared passion for art & design. Through simple, affordable and playful design they want to inspire and empower people to stand out and live their lives with as much fun as possible.
They do not believe in short lasting fashion trends that you will only wear one season. With their mission statement - Less Is Enough - they remind themselves, us and customers to only buy their products when they really fall in love with them. The world doesn't need more unworn fashion items. This is the reason the candy ear studs are sold one at a time.
Lulu creates with a long lasting quality in mind - both in timeless design and high quality materials and finish. They work closely together with Force Technology, who are representing the Danish National Assay Office, to ensure the pureness of the silver, gold and ruthenium used in their products.
The factory producing the jewellery is following the SMETA auditing progra, (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit). This in order to ensure that the factory comply with all social responsibilities.
Lulu Copenhagen recognises that there are still areas where they can improve in regards to sustainability and continue to work towards greener, cleaner and more eco-friendly solutions.
