For UK home delivery we use DPD Local  or DHL Parcel.

We ship worldwide. International orders are sent using FedEx or DHL Express.

• Kindly note that we do not offer payment for the custom charges in the destination country, this responsibility falls on the customer/recipient.

Custom charges:

Kindly note that any customer buying outside of the UK will be required to pay their own local Taxes and Duties when the item is delivered. Please contact your local import office to find out more details and the breakdown of the charges.

If the order is cancelled after it has been sent, any charges still attached to the parcel plus the return shipping charge, falls under the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
