• Shipping:

For UK home delivery we use DPD Local, DHL Parcel or Royal Mail.

Free delivery on all UK orders £100 and over.

*Please note that for a Next Day UK delivery, online orders must be placed before 12pm GMT to ensure same-day dispatch.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

We ship worldwide. International orders are sent using Royal Mail or DHL Express.

International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. See below for more information regarding customs fees. 

 

 

 

Due to current global supply chain disruptions and regional transport restrictions, we are temporarily unable to guarantee safe delivery to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Haiti, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Niger, North Korea, Palestinian territories, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Ukraine and Yemen.

Custom charges:

Kindly note that any customer buying outside of the UK will be required to pay their own local Taxes and Duties when the item is delivered. Please contact your local import office to find out more details and the breakdown of the charges.

If the order is cancelled after it has been sent, any charges still attached to the parcel plus the return shipping charge, falls under the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
