Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return the unused items within 14 days of purchase.
For items bought in store we offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase providing the products are returned to the shop in their original condition with original labels attached..
For online orders we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase providing the products are returned to the shop in their original condition with original labels attached.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you want to return an online order outside of the 14 days returns window but within 30 days, we can offer you a credit note at our discretion.
Kindly note, all 70% + discounted items are for final sale, no refund or credit note are offered after the 14 day period.
The returning items must be in the original condition in which they were sent out, with their original packaging, labels and any promotional items associated to the purchase, for the return to be approved and processed.
For health and safety reasons the following products cannot be returned:
All swimwear must have the hygienic strip in place for us to approve the return.
We do not offer return labels, you must bear the cost of the return. We recommend you send the parcel Tracked and/or with proof of delivery.

- HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER
First, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and which products you wish to return, stating if you prefer an exchange or a refund.
To return item(s), come in directly to the shop OR send back to the following address:

Please ensure you enclose the receipt/packing slip/order number so we can process your return correctly.
We do not offer return labels. We recommend sending the parcel Tracked for your insurance.
Please note returns can take up to 7 days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
